Look I will allow it now as it is impossible, but it will need a bit of work. So far the only person to say Tony's Pokemon weren't strong enough to fight the charizard was Tony, so I want you to do the evolution in this post, but edit back all your posts to a point before the restaurant where you want them to evolve. This means your header and any references to unevolved Pokemon.

I won't be doing this again as its too much of a retcon, but it is necessary to beat this gym.
