I forgot to mention, the first mini boss/strong Pokemon I came across in a dungeon when I started was a shiny ampharos!! I wasnt sure at the time if it was just supposed to be shiny for everyone. xD unfortunately I couldn't recruit it!
Yeah the "strong" Pokémon in dungeons have the chance of being shiny. Not too high a chance, but the highest. The chance of recruiting is very low though.
Oof. Recruiting shinies in PMD must be a pain.
My first one was a shiny rapidash. I've encountered a few more since then including Shiny Noctowl and shiny Dragonite. Supposedly it's a lot easier to recruit them if you have a Friend Bow but I haven't gotten one yet so.Quote:
