But seriously, anxiety is hell in my family. Me and my mom both suffer from it, but hers is far worse

I've always had anxiety, but usually it's never been so bad that I couldn't cope with it. Last year (and this year) has been utter hell for me where my anxiety is ALWAYS there because of my health issues that just aren't getting better. Doesn't help that it also runs in the family. It's terrible. :/
