Looks good to me! You can just post now as if you just woke up late if you want. Maybe you were behind a rock or something so the others didn't notice you.. Or you can ask Rival Max to introduce you. :)

Nah I don't think it's too late. Like Bulbasaur I guess you'd just need to make a character, get it approved, and either write yourself in someway. So it seems like you've been there the whole time (or in some unique way) or let Max do it. Though I'd see what they say first. I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem though.
