Oh, right, that...You see, I was playing this Mafia game, I died, and the person hosting the game-Horuma-gave that banner to me. :P I can't art, period. Being an administrator, Horuma just edited it in. Didn't bother crediting it to himself/herself/itself in the signature itself...Nor did I ever decide to get rid of it, as the last time I tried to get anything arty, it failed, and as you said, it is a good signature.
