First time post, sorry if wrong place

Hello, Question about Espeon GX Psychic Attack. The Psychic attack does 60 base damage plus 30 more damage "times the amount of Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokemon." If the Active Pokemon being attacked has a double energy attached to it, would Psyched do 60 + 60 (2 colorless energy) or does it do 60 + 30 (single double Energy card).
