Now is your chance to design an official Pokémon TCG card.
The Pokémon Company has once again opened the doors to aspiring artists to help create new cards for upcoming TCG sets. Previously this contest was open only to residents from Japan. But this is the first time that entrants from the United States are given this amazing opportunity.
What You Need To Know

There are some basic rules you need to follow, and if you have what it takes to beat out the competition, there are some great prizes to be won.
The Rules

  • Follow the Theme: “The Daily Life Of Pokémon”
  • Choose from the following eight Pokemon: Bulbasaur, Charizard, Pikachu, Arcanine, Galarian Rapidash, Scizor, Greninja, Cramorant
  • Draw not only the main Pokémon, but also the background
  • Reference materials are provided here
  • only draw one Pokémon per illustration so that it is easy to tell which Pokémon is the subject. However, as long as it is clear who the main subject is, you may also draw additional Pokémon.
  • Limited to three unique drawings per person. Can be the same, or different Pokémon.

The Prizes

  • One Grand Prize Winner (JP or US contestant): $5,000 cash prize and TCG promo card
  • Two 1st Runner-Up selections (1 winner from JP, 1 winner from US): $3,000 cash prize and TCG promo card
  • Two 2nd Runner-Up selections (JP or US contestant) : $1,000 cash prize
  • 15 Judges Award selections (JP or US contestants): $500 cash prize
