Question about the metamorphsis item, when it says "provided remaining evolution stages remain the same among all your Backup Lineups" does that mean if I have a three stage lineup that I can only change it to a three stage lineup? Or does that mean the number of stages I currently have as backups has to equal the new number. So if I have five number it has to be five again after metamorphosis. And can we pick lineups we've already used up (like let's say Galarian Rapidash for me) or is it only ones we haven't done before?

Nah, you could totally change that three stage lineup into something else! So you could take that Igglybuff > Jigglypuff > Wigglytuff (3) lineup and turn that into say one Vulpix > Ninetales line up and one Zangoose (1) lineup. It's just the number of stages that need to remain the same, but the exact length of the lineup(s) can be changed for something else!

And sure, you can pick lineups you've already used! Give 'em another go if you'd like! ~♥
