Nah, you could totally change that three stage lineup into something else! So you could take that Igglybuff > Jigglypuff > Wigglytuff (3) lineup and turn that into say one Vulpix > Ninetales line up and one Zangoose (1) lineup. It's just the number of stages that need to remain the same, but the exact length of the lineup(s) can be changed for something else!

And sure, you can pick lineups you've already used! Give 'em another go if you'd like! ~♥
