Backstory

Teepsy, despite living a pathetic lifestyle working as a Cashier for a fast food chicken joint at the wall, tried to stay stylish, cool, creative, and got plenty of jollies trolling Pokémon online and getting a kick out of getting banned on them. Every day was a much to boast but little to actually show for Teepsy.

ETCHY showed itself to Teepsy.

Etchy promised Teepsy that he could help him overcome those stupid little things that Teepsy wished he could improve. Better job, more money, cooler things, and all the things Teepsy needed not just to look cool, but to really be authentically cool!

How Etchy twisted Teepsy's expectation

No. As soon as Teepsy said "come on in" to the Impulser, Etchy got Teepsy craving old and stupid things that no one liked, but Etchy was convinced that all he had to do was warp these dumb and obsolete items to the past and he could change the future. Problem is these things aren't even usable in the past. CDs to useless programs, crappy VHS tapes, and other junk that no one will want, regardless of the time period.

Mayhem process and signature

Etchy turns Pokémon into crude crayon drawings. It's just awful and unfair.

Etchy's Squawker Route



Etchy's route is relatively simple and painless and Etchy himself is the easiest Squawker to fight. These items also don't do any Belly damage and only do minimal Cuteness damage.

COMBAT

Etchy is extremely easy to fight and if the Peeps have been collecting items, they'll probably clobber him without too much trouble. Etchy mainly focuses on little bits of guaranteed Cuteness damage, but if there's a Guardian Snow Angel specializing in neutralizing that, most of the damage will be fazed out.

SCOOTERPIE - Putzor the Lurantis

Backstory

Putzor was always kind of an idiot. Slow, careless, lazy, barely able to get things done on time and always late. There are many who say she should have been born as a Slakoth, but she's definitely one at heart. Problem was she was always taking the blow for her own laziness. She would have liked to get back at those who expected her to actually do anything.

Scooterpie showed itself to Putzor.

Scooterpie told her it was totally possible! By being annoying! By giving others hope and excitement only to destroy them with it! Meanwhile, Scooterpie was always so whimsical, random, and weird to Putzor and she really liked that!

How Scooterpie twisted Putzor's expectation

Putzor lost control of herself and found herself serving the Squawkers! While Scooterpie was actually true to its word, Putzor found herself taking the backseat and not being able to do the things she actually wanted to do!

Mayhem process and signature

Scooterpie is the hardest to figure out by means of the victims because the result is always random. Victims always end up as some inanimate object that bears some little resemblance to the Pokémon they were before, but that's about it. They could even be turned into something that resembles another Squawker's signature!

Scooterpie's Squawker Route



Nothing about Scooterpie's route makes sense. Disco doors, office supplies, cowboy boots, dogs, and kitty katanas. The Peeps will have no idea whether they're doing Scooterpie's route, another Squawker's Route, a Noble Quest, one of the helper side missions, or a Sky Squirrel Sect mission. There are three separate mini-routes in Scooterpie's route and they each end with a very decent Goodie that will have to be sacrificed in order to get to the end of Scooterpie's Route. If they're smart, they'll try to get as much use out of these items before they have to give them up or do the tough thing and try and figure out Scooterpie without getting to the end of the route.

Scooterpie leaves annoying messages when they find the Goodies like "enjoy it while it lasts" and "you'll be sad when you have to give that up!" Meanwhile, some of the things in her route are rigged with light traps that only do a little bit of damage here and there.


PATH OF THE HASTY BEAST MODE BRACER

This path is relatively simple. They just need to get past the 70s-themed Disco Door using Memes and an Electric Type, which triggers the Electric Slide. And that opens an area that's oddly Heavy Metal.
