This is basically it, Ill take a better picture tomorrow and clean it up.
When I drew this, I was originally thinking about making it be a little girl hold it, but then i thought. What if its a guy giving it to a girl.

That was the rough draft. Moving it over to ms paint caused me to re color the whole thing. The eyes gave me the biggest problem.
