Cheers and good times!
I actually have a tough time falling asleep. It can sometimes take as long as a half hour to an hour. I also wake up a lot during the middle of the night. 4:30 AM seems to be a popular time for my body to sudden decide, hey, TIME TO WAKE UP AND LIE MOTIONLESS FOR ANOTHER HOUR! I try to read or post a little to get tried again. Then I might wake up again at 7 AM again. I try to get a little more sleep in. BANG, now it's 10:30! WAY TO GO, YOU JUST MISSED BREAKFAST, CHAMP!
Also, in light of all that, I find it impossible to sleep on an airplane. Next time I get on a plane for a long flight, I'm taking Benadryl just to doze off.

I'm a very light sleeper. You could not sneak up on me whilst I'm sleeping, because I will wake up at the slightest provocation. I will sometimes get so used to a regular noise that it won't rouse me, but this is far more the exception than the rule.
I think somebody has already mentioned waking up just before an alarm; me too. And, providing it's not a regular wake up time, if I have to be up by 5AM for something, I'll be up alarm or not.
How about you, @Palamon? You made the thread and never answered :P

Pop Goes the Gleamsel.
I'm a terrible sleeper, actually. I got to bed whenever, and it takes me a long time to fall asleep. One could say I don't like sleeping because everything wakes me up.
