About Exp. Share

Exp Share
The Exp. Share Podcast is exactly what it sounds. This podcast is how Tanner and Josh share their experience about playing each and every Pokemon game. Gym by gym. Game by game.

Some times it is a great experience. Other times it involves Pokemon that make them say “Eww. Make me barf!” Sometimes they get to see a cutie. Though, overall they are having a good time playing some Pokemon games. Meanwhile, they have gather a community that find them fun and willing to play along with their antics.

As of this writing, they have finished their Pokemon HeartGold & SoulSilver. They are currently making plans to play Pokemon Ranger and resume their gym challenge in Unova during the month of October.

With all of that said, lets get into our first Listener Feedback from Jeff.

Jeff Says

What do you love about Exp. Share?
They are very funny and entertaining.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
The hot takes from both “Sweeties” and “Eww, make me barf segments”.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
Thanks for making a fun experience for me to listen to at work and in quarantine.

——————————————————————————-

Josh and Tanner sure do have plenty of fun experiences. It is always great to hear what Pokemon make it into the Sweeties and Eww, Make me Barf segments. Even if some of their picks do not make me happy. Some of them end up making me feel a little gloom.

Our next piece of listener response comes from Nash S.

Nash S. Says

What do you love about Exp. Share?
I love their witty humor.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
When Josh and Tanner call out all the “perverts” in the game.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
Thanks for not taking yourselves too seriously while playing!

——————————————————————————-

There do seem to be questionable people who work in the Game Freak offices. Especially when it comes to their choices in the game when it comes to text. Is it a cultural difference? Badly aged things? Or on purpose? We may never know.

Next, we have Kristen C. with some nice words.

Kristen C. Says

What do you love about Exp. Share?
The hosts have a great vibe and are very funny.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
When they do a Fur Affinity Check.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
I always look forward to Tuesdays, you both do a great job.

——————————————————————————-

Once again, the Fur Affinity Check.

I do agree with you Kristen C. The Exp. Share podcast really does give me something to look forward to on Tuesday. Mondays have been known as the big Pokemon podcast day but Tuesday is giving it a run for it’s money with Exp. Share making up the line up.

Our next piece of fan messages comes from Brandon located on the internet.

Brandon Says

What do you love about Exp. Share?
Josh and Tanner are some funny dudes that aren’t afraid to get down and dirty with their Pokémon (especially Lopunny).

I’ve never had a podcast that I actively wait for the next episode – until now. Seeing that an episode is coming to an end actually makes me kind of sad, but they’re back each Tuesday. Absolutely perfect for car rides. Very excited for their content to come!

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
It’s hard to pin down one moment – all of their interactions are hilarious and it’s always funny when they’ll start singing over a totally perfectly synced popular song.

Hearing about Tanner thinking something like Electric being super effective against Dragon makes it even better. These guys are great and there’s never a dull moment.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
I’m not really sure, I’d probably just kick back with them at a bar, chill out, and play some Pokémon. Just some guys being dudes.

——————————————————————————-

That is right Brandon. Some guys being dudes. Your words really does paint Josh and Tanner in that light. When there is a new episode, you know that there will be something fun thanks to the chemistry Josh and Tanner bring on the mic.

Our final piece of listener feedback comes from Mitch F.

Mitch F. Says

What do you love about Exp. Share?
The unique comedic perspective the hosts have when approaching old Pokémon games.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Pretty much every time they decide to mispronounce a Pokémon name. Personal favorite is Hoothoot pronounced “Hoo-Thoot.”

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
I look forward to Tuesdays because of the pod!

——————————————————————————-

Sometimes when you listen to Exp. Share, you wonder if they mispronounce a Pokemon’s name on purpose. Does that make it even funnier or just sad. One may never know. What we do know is that the fans love it and just another reason to listen.
