NA Internationals and Worlds Dates Announced

Get ready to pack your bags for the last big events in the Pokemon competitive scene!

The dates for the North America International and Worlds 2018 has been announced! These are the last two huge events for the competitive TCG and VGC for the 2017-2018 season.

The North America International Championship will return to Columbus, Ohio from July 6–8th. Players from North America and all over the world will be coming to the Greater Columbus Convention Center for the last chance to earn Championship Points for Worlds.

The format for the Pokemon TCG tournament at NAIC will be in the Standard format. That means cards from BREAKthrough to the new set in May will be viable for this tournament. If you are playing in the VGC then you will need to using Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon with the latest update. There will also be a Pokkén Tournament DX tournament for those who wishing to win an invite to compete in Pokken Tournament at Worlds 2018.

Registration for NAIC has not started.

Big points and cash will be on the line for those who are competing in the North America International. This will be the last big event for the 2017-2018 season.

The 2018 Pokemon World Championships has been announced to take place on August 24–26. The top players from all over the world will convene at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Those who wish to attend Worlds 2018 must earn enough Championship Points to receive an invite.
