Pokémon Legends: Z-A! Release Date Announcement!

Some big news came out!

Today Pokemon release a brand new visual for Pokemon Legends: ZA. Along with this visual was the release date for the highly awaited game.

You can expect your return to Kalos and Lumiose City to be on October 16th, 2025! This will be almost on the anniversary of the original Pokemon X & Pokemon Y worldwide release date.

Pokemon Legends: ZA will be released on the Nintendo Switch. Though, there will be a Nintendo Switch 2 edition. This edition of the game promises to have improved graphics and frame rates. There should be an upgrade pack for both digital and physical versions.

Fan Response

The visual release with today’s news hand plenty of easily missed details. Though, the most obvious detail will the return of Emma from Pokemon XY. At least a character that looks familiar to her. She can be seen as a focal point for the image behind a Mega Lucario.

The visual had plenty of Mega Pokemon hidden in the image such as Mega Steelix and Mega Salamance.

Still, hidden in the shadows are two characters that are hard to miss. Did you see them?
