You can expect to have a shining fates in 2021!
That is because you can once again see plenty of Shiny Pokemon thanks to the next Pokemon TCG set! Get ready to Shiny hunt because that is something you can expect in the upcoming Shining Fates TCG set!
Shining Fates draws inspiration from 2019’s mini-set, Hidden Fates. Though you can expect to see maybe even more Shiny Pokemon in this set. There will be over 100 Shiny Pokemon in Shining Fates. Some of them including Pokemon V and Pokemon VMAX. The big chase card will be Shiny Charizard VMAX.
You can also expect to see some new Amazing Rare Pokemon. There is expected to be three Amazing Pokemon featuring Mythical and Legendary Pokemon.
Shining Fates is based on Japan’s Shiny Star V set. This set features reprints of several competitive and fan favorites cards in their Shiny variant.
If you wish to purchase Shining Fates then you will not be able to purchase the set in booster boxes. You will need to be individual products to collect cards from Shining Fates. There will be no February 2020 TCG set outside of Shining Fates.
Shining Fates will be release on February 19, 2021.
Release Schedule for Shining Fates
Below is the release schedule for Shining Fates products.
- Shining Fates Elite Trainer Box (available February 19, 2021): Includes 10 Shining Fates booster packs, one foil promo card featuring Eevee VMAX, and various gameplay accessories
- Shining Fates Tins (available February 19, 2021): Includes six Shining Fates booster packs and one foil promo card featuring Eldegoss V, Boltund V, or Cramorant V
- Shining Fates Collection—Pikachu V (available February 19, 2021): Includes four Shining Fates booster packs, as well as one foil promo card and one foil oversize promo card featuring Pikachu V
- Shining Fates Mad Party Pin Collections (available February 19, 2021): Includes three Shining Fates booster packs; one foil promo card featuring Bunnelby, Dedenne, Galarian Mr. Rime, or Polteageist; and one corresponding pin
- Shining Fates Mini Tins (available March 5, 2021): Includes two Shining Fates booster packs and one metallic coin
