Also I'm no expert at decoding stuff but it looks like B is repeated which means it'd possibly be common letters or they represent multiple letters.

Well, guess I don't have to throw in the image, then. Maybe I shouldn't run my mouth lest the next puzzle be insane to solve, but... Making a picross perfectly symmetrical makes it a bit more predictable.
