You've been told about the Electrical Substation's gruesome interior, and although you know that you will be protected from any physical or mental onslaughts, you can't help but feel terrified.

As you descend slowly into the disturbing, spine-tingling atmosphere via the stairs leading underground from outside, you begin to feel a stir in your stomach. Your wing muscles have been preparing for this moment, for the last thing you want is your white, cloudy fluff to be discoloured with flakes of old blood stains and near-dry globs. Inside the dungeon is a horrifying display of violence, and you can only imagine how many innocents suffered down here as they were presumably mutilated in preparation for whatever the Stalker "Embalm" had planned for them. It's almost as if the fear of the victims this Stalker imprisoned melded with the walls, the floor, and every tool in sight. Walking through the death site is like suffocating in despair and torment. You can't properly describe it, but it's as if all the feelings felt by the victims became a physical scar left upon the walls.

You try to shake it off as you continue, trying your best not to touch a thing as your tail fluff sits just above ground level. You can feel your face grimacing without your consent as you continue to respond to your surroundings. The smell is stifling, but you know that you can't let yourself drown in all that this place holds. You steel yourself and head straight toward the back of the facility, past the piles of gore and through drying puddles of fluid. As you reach the sealed trapdoor at the back, you start summoning energy within you.

You can see two odd vials which look like they require contact with specific types. You can tell that one of them requires Dragon-type, and once you are finished developing the breath cooking in your throat, you unleash it upon the vial. You realise after it depletes that perhaps you exerted a little more than what was needed, but you blame it on your nervousness and see that the vial is responding well. It retracts into the trapdoor, fitting nicely into a slot as it begins to glow. You know that it worked, but you also know that this is only one requirement of five to be met.

Object {Trapdoor of Sickening: +Dragon-type+, +Normal-type+, Cuff Slot, Bleach Stain, Fragment Slot} was noted in the Team Records.

Immediately you head for the exit, keen to leave this place behind you.

I'll be gentle and tell him that we want to protect him and his family by stopping the Stalkers, and really need his help and any info he can provide!
Uru is resting in the psych ward at Silvercoal Medical when you arrive. You are led through to where he rests, and immediately you see that his family has come to visit: a Nosepass and a Bonsly. You imagine that they have been here all day after hearing about the change in his condition thanks to Laura's abilities, but hopefully now they wouldn't mind giving you some time alone with Uru to discuss things with him personally. You know that you're going to need to approach this situation with utmost care.

The nurse who escorted you in begins to share your intentions before you get the chance, but thankfully Mahyen, Uru's mate, seems to understand and is more than willing to let you assist. She thanks you before ushering her son out of the room. The nurse follows, closing the door so that you and the Sudowoodo are alone.

The Sudowoodo's weak smile is the best he can manage; you can see that he is exhausted after days, possibly weeks, of internal torment. "I hear I have you and your, uh, fellow saviours to thank for my recovery."

He seems to appreciate your modesty in response to his comment, and continues, "Please, if I can help in any way, I am more than willing. I had this done to me..." He lifts his thin arms and scans his body, indicating to you his entire condition. "Now that I am healthy again - or for the time being, at least - I want to utilise my time to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else." He begins shaking his head as his face scrunches up, and you guess that he is picturing the incident that brought him to the hospital bed. He releases a pent-up breath and looks ready to tell you anything.

You begin by asking him about anything he remembers from the incident, and then you inform him that you have heard from a few sources that he was outside two particular apartment buildings, but you are unsure why. He nods at intervals between your words, looking ready to answer.

"I-I don't...remember much," he admits, looking ashamed. He binds his eyes closed before they pop open again. "I was in an alleyway, taking a shortcut home from my workplace, Valcon Glassworks. Th-that's when...she attacked." He stops, but only to clarify. "It was Extol. I know that much. I also have a theory that Extol is a female. Whether that extends to the Enthraller or not, I don't..." He shakes his head. "I'd been doing research, you see. I've placed research in locked containers around the city... I had to scatter them because she destroyed most of what I had. The only ones left are the one at Summer's Moon Condominiums, and the one at Cloudrise Tower." He scratches one of his arms with a green sphere absently. "That's why she attacked me. It happens to those who try to study the Stalkers. They get targeted if their findings extend beyond a simple thought."

"On the night of the attack, I remember...I remember a f-figure looming behind me." He begins shivering, and scratching his arm again. He keeps scratching. "Then I remember a voice. It didn't talk about my research, it just...said...i-it said I...had to say yes." He shakes his head, becoming lost in his memories. "But I...I didn't want to. I have...I have..."

His breathing intensifies as he begins twitching while he continues to scratch, then he flips a hard glare at his arms, his face descending into horror. "They're back!" he screams, flinging one of his arms out and slamming it into the wall behind him, narrowly missing you. "The creatures! They're under my skin!" he shouts, his voice straining as he scratches harder, then throws the blanket off him and begins attacking his legs in an attempt to fight off whatever he believes is infiltrating his flesh.

You take a few steps back, at a loss for what to do as the nurse on standby rushes into the room and tries to subdue him by force. The Rock-type screams, flailing about before the nurse is able to inject him with a special needle designed for rocky exteriors. It takes a few seconds, but the Sudowoodo's motions slow to a stop, and he melts into the bed, once again unconscious.

Mahyen rushes back in, shouting in protest as she sees the state of her mate. She breaks down into tears, trying to wake him despite knowing that he has been subdued.

The nurse advises you to leave, telling you she hoped that you got what you came for. You aren't too sure what of the information he divulged you can use, but you are thankful nonetheless. After you exit the room, you see the lone form of a Bonsly standing in the hallway. His face is a mix of fear and curiosity.

    "Is my daddy better?"

The experience is one you will never forget, and as you settle down into bed and pull the covers over your spinning head, you hope that your incessant muttering and the flashing imagery inside your head will subside.

Mahyen is in the Silvercoal City Medical Centre when you find her. She has been sitting with her mate, Uru, since the incident with Sarah, but is now waiting in the lobby area. You're not quire sure why she's there, so you approach her in the hopes that you are able to catch a moment with her. She looks up at you and appears startled, but quickly settles.

"H-hello," she begins, wondering who you are and why you are approaching her. You introduce yourself and explain that you are with the other Emissaries who helped Uru. She seems a little distant, and you wonder if that's because her most recent encounter with one of your teammates ended with Uru back in the state he was prior to Laura's diplomacy use. "What is it that you want?" she asks warily.

You explain that you are here for any information that she could provide about the Stalkers, namely Uru's attack. She nods slowly, looking a little pained over the subject.

"Please tell your Archen friend...Uru is okay now. He had an episode when she was here, but after some rest, he seems alright again. Whatever your Umbreon friend did last night, it healed him. But please...don't ask him about his incident again. It seems to trigger his prior condition." She looks at you pleadingly, which you're able to tell despite her seemingly closed eyes. "I know that you want to help, but please understand that I'm wary of everyone now that my mate has been hospitalised..." She reaches down into a pack she brought with her and withdraws a lone key. "This is the spare key to my home in Brookheights Apartments. Apartment ninety-four, floor nine... Uru's research is in his laptop, but he's locked it with a password. Before his attack, he couldn't tell it to me because he knew it would put me in danger, and since his attack, he hasn't been able to remember. But maybe...you can help." She hands you the key.

Item [Sapling Apartment Key] was added to the Team Inventory.

"He seems to trust you, so...I suppose that means I have to as well." You can hear the reluctance in her voice, but you assure her that you and your fellow emissaries are here to help her family. "I know he had keys for his locked boxes... Maybe he left them at his work? I don't know. They're not in the house...I would know."

A Bonsly appears next to the Nosepass, which almost surprises you. The little Rock-type looks at you curiously and asks his mother if they're going to go eat dinner soon. She says that they will, and then turns to you.

"I have things to do, but...please help us out. I know he has something important on that laptop so if you're able to find his research and decipher the code needed to access it, please do. Your best bet is to find that research."

Mahyen bids you farewell and leaves, taking her son with her.

    {Interview (Mission): 80. Ovben the Goomy}
You decide to talk to Ovben the Goomy to see what his concerns are. You find him living at the Destno Public Housing Complex, and it seems like he's been unemployed for a while now.

"Finally, someone decides to help me out," Ovben replies with a breath of relief when you approach him. The small, goo-like blob perks up and looks at you optimistically.

"Listen, I need a favor," Ovben tells you. "You're not going to believe this but a guy like me now has a criminal record for things I didn't do. Last time a prospective employer did a background check, they denied my application because they said I had a history of, get this, 'shoplifting,' 'vandalism,' and even a murder charge! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard that! How am I supposed to get a job if I can't clear out these false convictions!?"

Ovben looks a bit stressed, but then he looks back to you.

"And I tried to prove to Pormalu I'm not a bad guy," Ovben explains. "I even tried to volunteer to help with finding intel about the Stalkers. I gave him a list of findings and strange things I found around town and he didn't even want to talk about it! Come on, we're not even talking innocent until proven guilty now! What can I possibly do now!?"

"So I need your help," Ovben tells you. "I need you to give me a second chance. I'm on probation right now and I can't even leave the city. And if I give you the intel about the Stalkers and they find out about it, I'll definitely be the next victim. And I've seen what those maniacs are capable of!"

"I need you to break into the police station and wipe my criminal record," Ovben tells you, looking desperate. "I know, I know, it sounds like a bad thing to do, but it's all lies and it's going to endlessly ruin my life unless something it done about it. And Pormalu just doesn't understand. I have a gut feeling he's playing favorites and just doesn't like me for whatever stupid reason I can't even imagine."

He then hands you a key. You look it over and it seems to be a high-level security access key.

Item [Police Station Basement Key] has been added to the Team Inventory.

"That should unlock the basement level of the police station," Ovben tells you, talking to you sincerely. "I had to go through a lot of trouble to get that, but I trust you with this. It means a lot. I'll be able to help you with the intel I've found and then get out of town before anything worse happens to me."

MISSION OPENED: Erase Ovben's criminal record.

You decide to head toward the docks and meet up with Quei. He seems to smile at the prospect of having company to talk to, but after welcoming you for another chat, you get serious with him.

You explain the truth and importance of the Emissary mission, and that you and the other Emissaries need everyone's full and complete cooperation to minimize the lives lost and achieve mission success. Your words and emphasis on these points hit home with Quei, and suddenly he can't help but feel a bit ashamed.

"I understand," Quei nods, feeling as though he should have been helping more earlier. "I'll admit, the Emissaries were still strangers to me before and I treated them like I treat any other Pokémon, but if what you say is true, then we all need to do our part today. I promise, the next time an Emissary comes to me, I'll tell them as much as I know, but I'll admit I have a busy job here and I'm no where near as good as a detective as some other Pokémon around here are. But I'll do what I can. You have my word."

He looks at the bracer that he has been toying around with. Where before, he was considering keeping it to himself, he nods and then hands it over to you.

Item [Dragonstar Right Bracer] has been added to the Team Inventory.

"I came across this and, well, it's obvious it's definitely not from this world," Quei tells you. "I thought it would be a neat thing to hold onto considering how it feels special, but you're right, it's not mine and I have a feeling whoever it really belongs to would want it back. And you Emissaries have a better chance at finding this individual than I do."

"I feel bad you didn't tell me this earlier, but you know what they say," Quei replies with a reassured smile, "better late than never. I wish you Emissaries good luck. It's good to have Pokémon like you on our side."

#90 Quei the Hariyama has become Compliant.
