Hurt N' Heal Legendaries Pt. 2 (Gens IV)

Remember how I said I'd make a Part 2? Well, here it is. I planned it to include generation 6 and 5, but didn't for two reasons:
1. We don't know all the Gen VI legendaries.
2. There are a lot of Gen IV legendaries.
That being said, there will be a part 3, and MAYBE a part 4, depending on the amount of Gen VI legendaries.

Phione is included in this, even though it is not considered a legendary by some people. I am confused myself whether to consider it a legendary.

How to play:

Basically, there are two steps: 1. Take the number of the legendary you like, and add one to it. 2. Take the number of the legendary you don't like, and subtract one from it.
