The Éire Region: Pokemon Concept Submission Thread

Hi, and welcome to PXR's own region project. The Éire Region.
Here is the thread where we will discuss what pokemon we want to put into our Pokedex. It doesn't matter what pokemon you suggest, whether it be a single pokemon or even a whole line, or if you just talk about one pokemon with the intent of it evolving but not sure what into. If you have any ideas that you would like to see, put it here. Go into as much detail as you wish or as little, however, there are some key features that you must put into your concept submission.
The Éire Region is based off of Ireland, so if there are any Irish related pokemon ideas, that would be perfect, but we also plan to embellish it with other areas, such as some Australian origins and maybe more if the concepts are good and work. Also feel free to add any regional variants or alternate forms for existing pokemon or any (pre)evolutions of existing pokemon.

So, go ahead and submit your ideas! But make sure you fill out this form for it.
Only the sections with an Asterisk are compulsory so we can understand your concept as much as possible.
The Pokemon Category means what section would the pokemon fit in. For example, Starter, Legendary, Mythical, Pseudo, Regional Bird, Éire form, Evolution etc. if it has no specific category, then put None.

Pokemon Name: Not sure
Type*: Stage 1- Ice- Stage 2- Ice/Fire Stage 3- Ice/Fire
Evolution line (Add means of evolution if you wish): Evolution 1: Level up in Outback area at level 25, Evolution 2: Level up to level 42
Short Description*: Based loosely on the fairytale 'Kisa the cat' from Iceland [The land of Fire and Ice] First evolution is a black ashy kitten with bright blue eyes, something similar to Glameow. It is a very loyal cat and it is said it's hairballs have an icy touch to them and are as hard as ice.
Second evolution is a bigger cat, similar to a juvenile big cat however the fur will be long. One half of the face, the hair is very flowy and silky, however the other is very spiked and sharp and an icicle extrudes from the middle of it's head. The tips of the fur are now becoming icy blue. Once maturing, these cats begin to become withdrawn, sometimes running from their owners not to be seen for days, however they still stay fiercely loyal. Their fur is unique as each strand can become as hard as ice when needed and be ejected from the cat's body like a small sharp icicle but it is extremely flammable due to the cat's flammable saliva that coats it due to it regularly cleaning itself.
Third evolution Similar to that of a lion but with longer fur. It is a giant cat, larger than that of an average human. It's fur on it's head is similar to a mane and it's body fur is long but well gleamed. It's whole mane is very jagged and tough with icicles flaring out around to form a crown. It's fur is still charcoal black but now there are stripes of icy blue, with one stripe going over it's left eye looking like a battle wound. It's large bushy tail now has a large icicle extending along the back of it and it has icicles extending out of it's paws similar to wolverine in the x-men films. These are fiercely loyal to their owner and nothing to mess with.
Any important special features*: in it's final form, all the icicles from it's body can be ejected or retract based on it's actions.
Pokemon Category*: Possible Pseudo, otherwise just a normal evolution line.
Extra details: Would be found in a cold area of the map, but the middle stage can be found rarely in the outback area of the map.

That was in quite some detail but i've had this idea of having a Fire/Ice type for forever and if the Eire region is about fairytales and Ireland, because Iceland is quite close, this could be a great addition.

Type*: Dark/Fairy
Evolution line (Add means of evolution if you wish): May have an evolution line but also works as a standalone pokemon. If it did have a line, this would be the final form.
Short Description*: Based on a boar and is merged with the idea of a Banshee (meaning Fairy woman), an Irish spirit that screeches and wails and is thought to haunt a person who has recently or will soon suffer a loss of someone close to them. A harbinger of death. It's jet black hair makes it appear similar to a shadow, and the beady white eyes are piercing. It has sharp tusks and talons and a spiked tail. It also has a white face, making it seem similar to a skull.
Any important special features*: Not really
Pokemon Category*: None
Extra details: It will also have close relations to the ghost type so could be part of a pokemon duo (like zangoose and Seviper) with a Ghost/Fairy pokemon
