When a Pokémon with this Ability is hit by an attack, it will send out cotton fluff that will lower the Speed stat of other Pokémon!

We also caught our first glimpse of the legendary Pokémon for the Galar region, Zacian and Zamazenta. Zacian appears to be the sword wolf Pokémon and Zamazenta is the shield wolf Pokémon.
Pokemon like Grubbin, Gyarados, Charizard, Growlithe, Axew, Budew, and others are set to return as well.
New Features

New area called the Wild Area that separates towns. Different Pokémon appear in these areas depending on the day and weather. You have control of the camera that allows you to search the whole area for overworld Pokémon.

Dynmaxing allows Pokémon to become huge for giant Pokémon battles. It boosts their size and power. All the moves they know turn into powerful max moves. It can be used once per battle. The Pokémon will revert back to normal after three turns.

If you connect with other players in the Wild Area, you can participate in a Max Raid Battle. The opposing Pokémon stays Dynamaxed the whole time and uses new powers that make it a formidable opponent. On your side though, only one player can Dynamax on the opposing team. All players get the chance to catch the opposing Pokémon. Opposing Pokémon vary depending on area and weather and may only appear in the Wild Area after being defeated in a Max Raid Battle.

Your Rotom assistant returns! This time Rotom comes in the form of a cellphone. It’s unclear if this will also function as a Pokédex or more like a Pokénav, but it’ll be nice to have your buddy accompanying you again through the Galar region.

And while not a new feature, it appears that Trainer Customization has been confirmed to return in these games. The bike and possibly surfing also are rumored to be making a return as well.
