Ahhh, alright, makes more sense. It's partially what I was assuming then. Thank you for clearing that up. :D

I suppose a reserve is in order, since I finally got Triple T's painfully long sign up on the other RP (what can I say? I like trains. She's a train. Naturally this demanded proper attention.), I can reserve one character.

So far, I've only figured out she's a Tinker and a Striker. Probably a passive Breaker :P

Oh, yes. Narph, what would happen if a person who already got powers found himself in another Cluster? Would his/her own powers get shuffled up, or do they just get added to his/her own abilities?

Knowing you, you'll have a Cluster occur right when the action is boiling up at some critical point, which is why I'm asking. Don't try to deny it, you.

Once you're affected by a Cluster, further Clusters have about as much effect on you as the Nitrogen you breathe in. Probably less, since at least that Nitrogen provides air pressure so that you can take in oxygen.

*sigh* Might as well make it official, reserve for a neutral and a Cipher. Ophelia's almost done and will be posted/edited in soon, and Astrid...well, we'll see about her.

Name: Ophelia Chansler
Age: 20
Side: Neutral
Rank: That one girl among one hundred and seven that somehow got put in charge.
Gender: Female
Appearance: Ophelia is a stunning young lady, were it not for her...eccentricities, it's possible she'd catch the interest of numerous young men. She's of relatively average height, if a little short, with fair skin often marred by scratches and/or hidden by dirt. Almost unnaturally bright green eyes display her emotions like a book, and rarely ever fail to look innocent, framed by lower back length blonde hair that tends to look wavy at best and like a rat's nest at worst, at times wildly tangled and sporting twigs and leaves. Her bangs are held back in the form of a pair of small braids that are held together at the back of her head by a smaller ponytail holder, and they tend to be decorated with flowers, when she can find them.

For attire, one could definitely say that Ophelia doesn't really dress for conflict, as worn out jeans covered in dirt and grass stains that will probably never come out cover her legs, along with hiking boots to protect her feet. A similarly stained army green jacket hangs open over an earthy brown tank top covered in faint lighter brown flower patterns that have faded with age. She keeps all of her important items in a brown cloth backpack that she would protect with her life--particularly because of a specific stone inside of it.
Personality: Ophelia's personality is really...erratic at best. While she always seems to default to a softspoken, sweet individual, this is capable of changing at a moment's notice. Her "usual" sweet self tends to fall away to very quick, very loud bouts of anger, and occasionally erratic, jerky movements which she seems to second guess and stop before she can follow through with them. When alone, and rarely in front of others, Ophelia will have hushed conversations with herself, totally oblivious to the fact that it tends to make those who happen to be around her uncomfortable--namely because normal people just don't do that. Unless highly upset, or in one of her bouts of odd behavior, she tends to be very non-confrontational and is incredibly single-minded. One could say her determination to find her brother and boyfriend borders on obsessive, but even when faced with barriers, she tends to start off dealing with them with a small but determined "Please move," and goes from there...at which point if she has to go from there...worry, because that's when the sweet, softspoken girl get's kicked out of control and the very angry, violent attitude takes over, leaving some to wonder if she has MPD or Bipolar Disorder...or just plain anger issues. That being said, the girl loves flowers, if you need to calm her down, and despite being a bit...loopy, so to speak, she seems to know things one wouldn't expect her to know.
History:
Be forewarned that this is looooooooooooooooong.
Spoiler:
Ophelia's childhood was a charmed, lovely thing, particularly compared to her later life. She grew up the youngest of two children in a high middle class family who moved to Gateon Port in Orre shortly after she was born. Her mother passed away when she was three, leaving behind her businessman husband and their two children--Ophelia and her older brother Lawrence. While their father was often away, Lawrence and Ophelia often took it upon themselves to enjoy their home town as best they could, and often played in the streets, where they met and befriended the son of their father's boss, a boy close to Lawrence's age named Hamilton. The three became great friends, the boys keeping up a friendly but sometimes harsh rivalry that kept little Ophelia on her toes, as she took on the role of soft spoken group peacemaker. As time passed, Ophelia grew quite attached to Hamilton, only further serving to deepen the rivalry between the boy and her brother... And then the world fell apart.

At age thirteen, Ophelia's world was flipped upside-down when she learned that while on a business trip to the Pokemon Lab, her father had been killed in a freak bombing incident. Her father left behind a large sum of money for her and Lawrence to survive on, but things just weren't the same. Hamilton and his family spent a good deal of time trying to help the children, and somewhere in that time, Ophelia's attachment to the childhood friend became more and they eventually began dating, even with more pressing matters at hand. However, both Hamilton and Lawrence later developed parahuman abilities in the Gateon Cluster and shortly after announced that they planned to use their abilities to help the Pokemon lab fight Cipher. They both agreed that in doing this, Ophelia was not to come with them, but to move to Agate Village where they felt she would be safer than she was living on her own in Gateon Port.

Ophelia did not argue against her brother and boyfriend, and took the move quietly, though she was sad to see the two go and leave her behind. There, she took up and interest in nature, and learned as much about the local plants from a kind elderly woman. Life went on and Ophelia continued missing Lawrence and Hamilton. She longed to go after them, but as she'd never been a very disobedient child or confrontational person, so she convinced herself to wait for them until they came back...only months, then years passed and the conflict continued on. Ophelia became increasingly restless, and eventually made up her mind after three years--she was going to go to find her brother and boyfriend. Of course, crossing one of Agate Village's many wooden bridges on her way to the dock, the planks gave, sending her into surprisingly cold and deep water, carrying her off the end of a small waterfall into the deeper water surrounding the village. Several men saw the incident and rushed to her aid, but she'd already managed to inhale a decent amount of water in surprise and...well, pretty much died, not that they knew that. Once back on the dock, the men proceeded to attempt CPR to save her, which they thought were made in vain. Moments after they had given up, the girl abruptly sat up and started coughing up water. Unfortunately, after that, the Ophelia the village had known disappeared, replaced by an almost schizophrenic sounding girl whose sweet disposition and actions became erratic and occasionally angry or violent. One thing, however, did not change--Ophelia was now more determined than ever to find Lawrence and Hamilton, and though the villagers tried to urge her to stay there where she would be safe, the girl insisted. While the villagers still worry about her, most will admit they were somewhat glad to see post-accident Ophelia go.

Pokemon:
Titan the male Golurk
Hydrangea the (blue) female Florges
Marshmallow the female Sliggoo
Gilligan the male Marshtomp
Willow the female Lampent
Spiritomb (which you'll rarely see, and Ophelia refuses to state its gender, as it contains both male and female spirits, as well as refuses to name it for the same reason)

Powers:
Trump (Lvl: ?)- It's highly suspected Ophelia is a high-level Trump, as she appears to be almost entirely immune to any kind of ability relating to the mind, be it mental manipulation or something as basic as mind-reading or two-way telepathy. Psychic Pokemon are known to vacate areas as she nears, hurriedly forcing their trainers away from her, as do most parahumans with abilities allowing them to pick up thoughts. Her true ability as a Trump, however, remains untested because of the girl's constant journeying and lack of interest in anyone other than those she's seeking out.
Thinker (Lvl: ?)- Ophelia occasionally displays the ability to come to conclusions relating to certain fields incredibly quickly, suggesting she's a moderate to high level thinker, but her true ability as such again remains untested.
Other: Legend has it that Spiritomb is composed of 108 spirits bound to an odd keystone. Ophelia was unlucky number 108...and though she managed to come back to life, it didn't break her connection to the Pokemon. The Spiritomb she refuses to use in battle, name, or really do anything with...that's the Spiritomb she's connected to. Her talking to herself and erratic behavior, as well as her seemingly parahuman abilities are all due to the other 107 spirits that form the Spiritomb as well--she does not, in fact, have parahuman abilities at all.

Name: Astrid
Age: 25
Side: Cipher
Rank: (First and foremost) Executive of the wills of Me, Myself, and I, (Secondly) Head of Cipher's Parahuman Recruitment Division
Gender: Female
Appearance: Overall, Astrid isn't physically someone who stands out, though her choice of outfit might. Standing in at 5' 9" without the added height of the mid-rise high heels she can often be found wearing (which brings her up to a little under 6'), her height is probably the only thing about her that really stands out. Board-stright hair the color of milk chocolate falls just past her shoulderblades when down, and is often pulled into a neat ponytail or DIY bun, and her stern hazel eyes are always interrupted by a pair of black wire frame glasses. Her wardrobe is almost entirely composed of professional clothing--a neutral monochrome wall of pencil skirts and button-ups with vests and blazers to match, and she can look much the same from day to day, and she is almost never seen without a pair of medium rise black pump heels on her feet, though in a dire enough situation, she will take them off a club anyone who gets too close. Her blazers are loaded with inner pockets, which she uses to hide...pretty much everything, including most of her anti-parahuman equipment, within easy reach...not that she typically needs it. She spends most of her time in the Cipher base rather than in the field.
Personality: Astrid, to state it simply, is pretty much uninterested in the welfare of anyone but herself. Were she still working in an office, she'd be the one the boss asked to inform people when they were fired because she doesn't care if you perceive her as the "bad guy" or anything else other than where she stands after she tells you you've lost your standing room. Yes, she is ruthless, and for an unpowered human, she's incredibly intelligent and terrifying. She didn't get to her current position by sucking up, no, she got there by getting results and continuing to get results achieved with a silver tongue that can often uses "logic" well enough to break down most people who aren't thinkers or incredibly stubborn and an unsettling combination of mannerisms that are often deemed "cute" or "charming". The fact she doesn't flinch at power usage or threats, as well as her handling of her division speaks for itself, and displays that most of the time Astrid is about as emotionally responsive as an ice block. She's cold and calculating at heart, and always has at least one backup plan for everything she can think of, plus plans and/or "toys" for a few situations she doesn't quite foresee so much as she thinks have a good possibility of happening.
History:
Spoiler:
Astrid was born to and raised by an accountant father and secretary mother, both of whom were hardcore businesspeople and expected their daughter to become much the same. Much to their delight, she did--Astrid practically grew up in her mother's office doing whatever simple tasks her mother had her do. The girl had filing down by age six, and had become a miniature adult by the age of nine. Her parents raised her to believe that business was business, and you had to be ruthless to make it, and Astrid took the ideals they taught her to heart...possibly a little too seriously. In school, she excelled at, well, most things, to be entirely honest. It was clear she was incredibly intelligent by normal standards, picking up on lessons quickly and following the teachings of those lessons to a "t." Before parahumans existed, she was considered gifted, a rarity by normal human standards, and her intelligence only grew as she got older.

And then the world went insane. Astrid had turned eighteen shortly after the bombing incident at the Pokemon lab, and she and her parents watched as people began gaining powers the defied logic, and they learned to adapt. Astrid began learning how to use her own above-average wit to her advantage against people that were much, much more powerful than her, while her parents tried to continue on as though nothing was wrong in the first place. Of course that was when a disgruntled employee who had gained parahuman abilities as a Tinker decided to take revenge on their former employer and blow up their office--the office Astrid's parents worked in. She had just been hired on as an office assistant herself, and happened to be heading into the office when another employee came tearing out of the building screaming something about evacuation and dragged her backwards, away from the entrance moments before the building exploded. A Tinker himself, he'd recognized the bomb for what it was, and had tried to warn those in the building, but very few made it out in time...and Astrid's parents weren't among them. While she had been taught to be ruthless, Astrid wasn't totally inhuman, and though she refused to let it show, the loss hurt her. She'd lost her parents, her job, and what had been her future all in a moment, and all she got in exchange was the man who saved her. That man was, again, a Tinker, and his name was Simon. As a child, he'd been a mail room worker who insisted on trying to teach her the concept of "fun," much to her parents' annoyance, and risen through the ranks of the company--shot through them after he developed his abilities as a Tinker, yet continually tried to make Astrid more "human" than her parents had raised her to be.

In the ensuing chaos, Simon gave her a place to stay since, though she'd never admit it, Astrid didn't want to live alone. At least, not that suddenly. She eventually found a job with another company, but Astrid found that it just wasn't the same as it had been when her parents were still alive. She found herself learning from Simon how to tell if a Tinker had messed with certain things, as well as how to use the devices he made to protect herself. The world wasn't safe anymore--at least not as safe as it had been, and she found herself figuring out how to apply her parents ideals to this new world. At twenty-one, she decided she was going to join Cipher when she learned they were recruiting Parahumans through...less tasteful methods. That, she knew she could apply her then well-developed silver tongue and ruthlessness to, and she did quite well, shooting through the ranks over the years to become the head of parahuman, much to Simon's disappointment. Oddly enough, however, despite her professionalism Astrid has never explained Simon in detail to anyone. Her coworkers know she carries Tinker technology on her, but she refuses to give up the name of the Tinker or how to find him. Simon himself is a solid neutral, and prefers to stay holed up in his miniature fortress of a home, allowing very few through his front door, one of those few being Astrid, as he still designs protective technology for her. The two share a slightly strained almost familial yet not quite relationship with each other these days, Simon continuing to do his own thing while Astrid does her own these days.

Pokemon:
Prim, the female Meowstic
Moby, the male Dewgong
Boss, the male Pangoro
Ciel, the male Ferrothorn
Zip, the female Zebstrika
Rocky, the male Rhydon

Powers: She's got none. She does however pack numerous devices made by a Tinker whose specialty lies in energy redirection and amplification. Most of her devices pack a large punch, but are only capable of being operational for seconds at a time, and require careful aim and/or timing to work properly. One such case is Astrid's most commonly used "toys," which essentially acts like a wireless taser that's been amped up a few notches. It fires off a single high powered electric charge at a time, has a cool down period of a few minutes before she can use it again, though if she needs to wait that long, she's screwed. It typically shorts out a person's motor skills for a few seconds, in which time she's likely disarmed her target and used whatever she's been given to restrain them.
Other: Steal the moon? Why would I want to do that? I'll drop the freakin' moon!
Also, given Astrid's inspiration and personality, I find that Game Over (just lyrics linked) would be a very appropriate theme for her.

Reserve.

Oh. One last thing I didn't mention. In this RP, Pokemon language is exactly like regular language, and learnable in the exact same way. Because so many people in Orre depend on their Pokemon to survive moment to moment, understanding Pokemon is the norm, not the exception.

Three character reserves please. Will post soon.

EDIT: Quick question. Will characters and/or pokemon die in this role play?
