Hurt N' Heal Legendaries Pt. 1 (Gens I, II, and III)

Decided to make another Hurt N' Heal game, this time with legendaries. Basically, there are two steps: 1. Take the number of the legendary you like, and add one to it. 2. Take the number of the legendary you don't like, and subtract one from it.

Also, I split this game into two parts; one for Gens I-III, and one for Gens IV-VI. Pt. 2 will be made once we find out all the Gen VI legendaries.
