I was quite thrown off of the fact that you'd use your real name on a "public" forum :P

Well then I'll ask my first question: How does the profile customization work then? Whenever I click the Customize Profile option, all I'm open to is a large blank black space. I came to the conclusion that it was an OS/browser issue but I just want to be sure.
