@FedoraChar ...How did I not see this? Anyway, Ryker is really welcome to start wherever you please. The task force is based out of Jubilife, as it's one of the larger cities that hasn't been hit yet, however I have a contact in Team Galactic that says they are going to be good sports and give everyone time to establish themselves before they start anything.
