Hurt n' Heal Tournament II: Johto

Bulbasaur created the Kanto Hurt n' Heal tournament which apparently just finished today. I kinda was inspired to create one for Johto, except making sure to include every Pokemon introduced during generation II (not including any alternate forms).

As always, hurt and heal works this way: you will have a list of 10 Pokemon, in no specific order or reason for organization, and all will start at 10 points. You, the poster, must "hurt" one Pokemon by taking away a point from it, and "heal" another Pokemon by giving it a point. This goes on until we have no Pokemon left. Once a Pokemon's point count has reached 0, make sure to take it off the list.

We will start off with round 1, which includes 10 groups of 10 Johto Pokemon each. We will start with Group I, and as soon as we finish with said group, we will start on Group II; the pattern goes on from there.

After round 1 ends, we will have another round: All 10 winners from each of the previous groups will face off to see who the ultimate Johto Pokemon is...with help from you guys, of course! We will start with the first group.

By the way, it would be a BIG help if you somehow made it apparent which Pokemon you hurt and which Pokemon you heal...preferably by using different text colors.

I expect this to take quite a while....
