Sabi, what's the policy for trainers understanding what Pokemon say? I ask purely because you know how my main characters work. I can go into more detail if you need me to, but if you remember from my Nuzlocke story from PE2K Spinel was born with the ability to understand Pokemon. May I have that here as well?

Due to the nature of the infection, humans can understand their own Pokemon on a very high language level. Not so much other Pokemon due to me treating them as having the communication skills as humans: Everyone speaks differently. I don't mind if your character can talk to other Pokemon aside from her own though just a bit. XD

It can be tailored to fit the story, of course. For this RP we can say the stronger the bond and trust between Spinel and a Pokemon the more she can understand what it says. Due to the relationship between her and Rayner it'd be like she's talking to another human. And I can assume all Pokemon understand human speech, at least to some degree? Like tamed Pokemon understand more than wild Pokemon?
