From numerous sources, a new wave of Amiibo Figures will be released, including Lucario. According to Nintendo Japan, the Lucario Amiibo will be released on January 22, 2015 in Japan and Nintendo of Europe has confirmed a UK release as well on January 23, 2015.
Along with Lucario, one can expect Rosalina, Bowser, Toon Link, Sheik, and Ike in this third wave.
A fourth wave will arrive on February 20th in the UK (Japan does not have a specific release date yet.)
In the US, the Third Wave of Amiibo’s will combine Japan/UK’s third and fourth wave, with a release in Feburary 2015.
We’ll be on the lookout for Australia/New Zeeland release dates.
