And I could see that happening, not like it's needed at this point. Next day, there will be someone else dead. Hopefully, if they're really stupid/have a lapse of forgetfulness, they'll kill one of their own Mafia buddies. Otherwise, it'll be 3 Villagers and a Prinny to 3 Mafia members. If we vote out a Villager at any time, game over. Alternatively, if the Prinny explodes and kills a Villager, game over. Or explodes prematurely, for that matter.

Yes, even his own Mafia buddies think he's incapable of disguise, and will probably bow to the inevitable and noose him to keep cover. And yes, that is a legal move. You can hang ANYONE, including yourselves. A nice little thing I read on Mafia rules had an example of it.
