Yeah energy drinks normally have twice the suger and caffeine.
Just a heads-up about energy drinks guys, they're meant to be consumed if you're going to do a lot of physical work or exercise. It's actually rather unhealthy to drink them on a regular basis if you're only doing mundane tasks or are generally sedentary. Just sayan.
Seriously guys, it's for your own good. Don't overdo energy drinks especially if you don't need them. I know that they help you stay awake, but there are other ways around that; instead of sleeping for many hours you could try a routine of short naps every once in a while, for example.
I think I'm just really work out from yesterday and my body is still trying to recover.
but it'll provide me with the win if i stay up for 48 hours & watch so i can be the last one to post in this
