I don't think it does. I got my Pokemon to 100 even in the old games. I had a team of 100s

I think it's the repetition that gets me. Having to go through each Elite Four member's dialogue again and again, fight the same Pokemon over and over, and slowly watch that EXP bar fill molecule by molecule until it reaches the end, your Pokemon levels, and you get to do it all over again! Ehhh... *yawn* that's a snoozer. XD

Yeah, it did drive me nuts after a while.

So what have you done as alternatives to get Pokemon to level 100? I always thought battling the Elite Four was the fastest way to earn the most experience. Well, at least without hacking in a truckload of Rare Candy.

I use one or two Pokemon as a main battler and then let the others get the EXP.

Hmm, that has me wondering. If a Pokemon is at level 100, does it still get EXP, or does whatever it would have gotten all go to the pool of EXP that goes to rest of the Pokemon in your party?
