You arrive at the Abandoned House and return to the {Heavy Steel Locker}. You find the combination lock and turn the dials so the numbers read "9, 8, and 7." The lock clicks open and you swing the heavy steel door open.

It seems there are many items in this locker...

The first of which seems to be some kind of ledger for accounting. You almost decide to disregard it, but instead, you flip through it.

It explains EVERYTHING about the numbers, serving as a kind of codec. It's complicated, but you see that NTH has been tracking when, where, how, who, and what was involved in each kill. As you flip through the pages smothered with numbers and calculations, you hope NTH makes the mistake of revealing who all of the other Stalkers are, but they do not, they only use the Stalker aliases. But you are able to get the whole picture and you feel a sickening feeling that Zick's original police report is missing quite a few of the kills. However, with this ledger and his reports combined, you're confident that the entire story of what the Stalkers have been up to can be completed.

You also find that NTH has been performing illegitimate accounting transactions from The Silver Arch Hotel and Casino to appear to be business expenses when they're really for funding the Stalkers beyond Blak the Zangoose's knowledge, and it explains Blak's current debt situation to Leblanc. However, you discover a dark secret that NTH could not possibly use his Stalker Alias for. The last line of the accounting records that NTH used to show to Blak in the budgets and income statements carries NTH's actual identity:

Signed Saps the Pachirisu. With his paw print signature and everything.

It suddenly makes sense to you.

Several other letters from Saps to Blak explain how he refused to onboard another accountant and an internal auditor, explaining it would jeopardize his ability to perform his normal day to day activities if he was distracted by mentoring another member of the staff. Blak later insists on it in a later letter, forcing Saps to onboard Jass the Linoone. As you recall from Zick's police reports, Jass was one of Nth's victims. Obviously not a coincidence. He did it to hide his current activities and his ties to the Stalkers.

And it looks like he had this all calculated out in the many, many sheets of numbers all throughout the ledgers and the walls...
