You have a side objective of finding information about whatever you'd like from the locals. I will provide NPC responses.

One question: Considering Fallarbor Town is not in the state of total disrepair the other two cities we know of are because they're focused on rebuilding, is the Pokemon Center running in any fashion whatsoever?

Yes the Fallarbor Pokemon Center is running. Its undergoing repairs but basic services are available, with the exception of PC systems.

@Sabi: Right now Spinel is trying to find any useful items or possibly any Pokemon that may be in the Center before meeting up again with Dragotech and The Operator's characters to change locations.

Basic law enforcement yes. They will mention no medieval projectiles in any leg joint whatsoever. They consist of the stronger trainers in town. No other details much to that. They run on a power generator that goes out often due to output shortages. That's about it.

She prefers to dress for comfort, mobility, and accessibility, always wanting to be able to reach for a pocketed item (even though her leggings don't have pockets, which irritates her to no end, but they're too comfy and easy to wear flattering to replace) at a moment's notice. Wearing a dark gray t-shirt with the sleeves cut off, denim vest, and gray, fingerless gloves, she appears really outdoorsy, but in actuality loves the comfort of her own bed.
