For a little bit, I thought he was awesome. But when he revealed his face... I don't know. He didn't seem to threatening. I completely agree with you on the notion that he's got nothing on Vader. However, I do think the potential is there for him to ultimately become the villain that fans are hoping for. We'll just have to wait and see.

I feel like his face should have been messed up. In a Deadpool kind of way. Maybe it would have been cliche, but yeah, he just seemed to be all about show with the mask and the goofy lightsaber. I couldn't take him too seriously and yeah, he can't even raise a candle to Darth Vader.

But yeah, Rogue One felt a LOT more true to Star Wars than any of the prequels and Force Awakens.
