No. Mr. Dresden is NOWHERE NEAR like that Harry. Think a bada** wizard detective who's snarky and clever, and you get the idea how different.
Unless some really off-the-wall WMG was true. But I'm assuming otherwise. Not even Harry Dresden would guess that in all seriousness...
Even after he's had his soul shattered, thereby basically rendering any form of his conscious nonexistent, he can still set stuff on fire. That's impressive. A tiny bit.

Harry is Harry Dresden. He is the best main character in nearly any urban fantasy you can care to name. Because Jim Butcher is awesome.
