Pokemon GO announces Holiday Promotions

Creator of Pokémon GO, Niantic,*have announced special Holiday promotions that will run until January 3.
Running from Christmas day until the afternoon of January 3rd, these are a list of special promotions as a*special holiday gift for Pokémon GO players. There will also be a group of promotions that will last until January 8th:

• PokeStops will award one single-use Incubator each day after your first Photo Disc spin.
• There will be a greater chance of finding Eggs that hatch Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff, Togepi, Smoochum, Elekid, and Magby. Additionally, Togepi will also be able to evolve into Togetic.
• Holiday Pikachu was originally going to appear in the wild through December 29th, but will now stay longer through the 3rd.

The promotions until 1/8 are as follows:

• There is a greater chance of encountering Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Squirtle, Wartortle, and Blastoise in the wild.
• Lure Modules will last 60 minutes instead of the usual 30 minutes.

Pokémon GO continues to be a massive phenomenon, though not as big as it was before, with many people saying that the amount of Pokémon needs to be increased, as many Pokémon have already been caught. With the recent arrival of baby Pokémon, and more and more likely to be introduced in the coming months, will we see another large surge in activity as we saw when the game was first released? Time will tell.

Pokemon GO bores me a little now, it doesn't help that it crashes my phone almost every time

Oh damn. -_- That's so annoying. Did that to my gf's iPod because it's old. XD I had to borrow my dad's phone for her to use every time we went for a Go walk, haha. The WORST thing for me is that one day overnight my phone battery just got crap, so if it's on 100%, it'll be drained in about three hours, sometimes less, EVEN ON AEROPLANE MODE. Go drains it even faster, and my phone HATES non-Apple certified cables and seems to not work with most portable chargers. Uuggghh.

I remember it was money. I am guessing 15 dollars. It wasn't a lot but I really wanted more Pokeballs. That isn't an issue anymore because you can get tons of Pokeballs by going to a Stop.
