    Exercise!

How often do you do some form of exercise, whether it's the gym or just taking a run?

...I am trying to get into the habit of going to the gym on campus but it's not working well. I do have to walk around campus though, if that counts.

I'm lazy in the winter but I try and do more outside when it gets nice out.

I try to exercise at least once a week, though I've been trying to up that and at least do it twice. I have been doing weightlifting on my own, but I started taking a body pump class at the local YMCA. I've been using free passes though, so when those run out, I might have to go back to just doing my own weightlifting sessions.

Sometimes just trying to set aside a good time to do it is the tricky part, especially if it's very easy to get interrupted during that.

Well i live on the 4th floor an there's no elevator. That counts. Also i walk a lot. Used to walk even more when i had my old job. Had one of those step counters on once. Put it on, walked to work (about 30-40 minutes) then had a 14 hor shift and walked back home. Counter said 37k steps. And no i didnt feel anything but pain in my legs the next 3 days.

I try to do about 15 minutes of exercise per day, at least 5 days per week. When I first started doing this about a year and a half ago I was keeping up with it really well, but then I kinda stopped for a couple months. I started it up again a few months ago but usually it only ends up being 10-15 minutes 2-3 times per week.

If I had that situation, I think I'd just stick with easy-going folding chairs, folding tables, and very lightweight stuff, because I sure wouldn't be trying to haul big sofas and fancy furniture stuff like that up four flights of stairs. I have a queen-sized bed and bringing that up even just two floors was a doozy. Not to mention we had to disassemble it even further when it got stuck in the stairwell. >.<

But yeah, four flights of stair climbing every time you need to get back to your apartment definitely sounds like you get your exercise already. XD

I actually play a ton of basketball and break-dance (I'm actually pretty decent) during my free time. That's where the majority of my exercise comes from.

Sorry, I don't understand that question. What is this 'exercise'?
