What's The Story Behind Your PXR Name?

I've always wondered of the stories behind usernames. Many of you here on PXR have unique usernames. My own name, Soups, was created by @MC Elesa back on Pokemon Elite 2000. During those times, I went by the name of SuperBoy, but MC Elesa nicknamed me Soups after some time and it stuck.

What's the story behind your name?

I have had a few at PXR.

Cobalt Shadow: My name from PE2k. Then I realized with a new community, there were more available names, so I could go...
Cobalt. Then I become a mod and wanted something a little more official and scary. I was also obsessed with Slenderman at the time, so I changed it too...
The Operator. That was fun but I got bored after a little while and became obsessed with an album so I changed my name to it.
Comatose. Then I got bored of that and picked a song to name it after.
Wisteria. Now I am named after an album again.

Scytherwolf was the name of my youtube channel I made in 2007, just smashing one of my favorite pokemon and one of my favorite animals together. I used the name on Pe2k and carried it over to here.

Uuuuum, I literally just changed mine. XD

For eeeeeeons it was Lunar Latias. Not really anything behind that (not even a fan of Latias), but my first ever username at PE2K was Latias_Rider and I feel it needed a refresh (plus underscores are so last century). And now I'm Chibi Altaria. :D Which I figure I'll stick with. Chibi as in small, cute, the art style, and it relates to Japanese culture! Which I love. Altaria cause Mega Altaria is my current favourite Pokemon. xD SO FLOOFY.

I have had a ton of usernames over the years. On many forums. Used to be Agent Havoc on a facebook game, league of heroes, until it died.

People called me Hav for a while, after a couple years that became VAHZZ(yes, only caps) for yet another game, DUST514. Though i have had a crap ton of accounts on that game, 3 characters per account. Half of the game's player base was me.

Before all of that though, my beginning, was TuffKidAndy on the old pokemon netplay. Back when i was a kid, i liked Wigglytuff because of it's name, even though it sucked in game. I once made a gimpy Wigglytuff that angered peeps calling me a hacker. That evolved into Tufflord. Then into His Tuffness; my actual username. Sacred Fire because Ho Oh is my Cover Pokemon. Idk when i'll change my username to it's true form. Maybe soon.

But after the Netplay Era, came my Smogon Era, where i went by Fonz. Then came EverGrande, i started out as Ryu King, but that got old, then i went with N7.

Now it's the Crossroads Era; and i'm thinkin it's time for the return of the king.

Back in PE2K, where I began with my first alias online in 2006, I was Pink Leon.
I was pretty much only active in the spriter's community, from what I could recall.
That one was pretty simple. Pink was my favorite color, and I liked the name Leon for having Leo in it.

Then, I changed my online alias to Dynastid. Mostly reflects my love for dynistinae, or horned beetles.

Then, I went to Power-Line, as a reference to A Goofy Movie.

Lastly, I landed on Altia. It was inspired by the Pokemon Altaria, while it sounded a little more feminine than my previous names, it was unique, short, simple, and easy to remember. This username is more permanent, as I now run a small business with Altia in the name.

Interesting. Cobalt is an awesome name, as is your current name. Any thoughts of changing it again or are you comfortable with what you've got for the time being?

Scyther is one of my favorite Pokemon too! I feel it's so underrated.

You're thinking of changing your name back to Ryu King? That's be awesome. I really like Sacred Fire too though, so either one is great.

Also, was N7 in reference to Mass Effect?

Lol no, not Ryu King, His Tuffness.

And actually, no, N7 wasn't a reference to Mass Effect. It was actually a reference to an old user who had the name before. His name was Moogles. He went by N7 for a bit before changing back to his other username. It initially started as a joke but it kind of stuck.

My username is p much my username everywhere online, but I've been using it since 2008. There's really no story behind it. Except that, at the time, I thought it was the name of a Digimon I really like (I was wrong, lol). But as time went on it slowly became my online identity so now I can't escape its wrath, eight years later after setting it as my username.

Thanks! It's hardly anything to mention, really. It's just an Etsy store. Anybody can make one of those!
