OK, that's one thing of note. At least one Stalker uses the alias of Oblivion and has a relationship with Braille.

Are any of the pokemon that we can interview blind? Or any that would likely be blind?

We probably wouldn't know unless (a) one of their species is canonically blind (IE a Zubat), doesn't like opening their eyes (IE an Abra), or an evolution thereof, or (b) we interview them with a very positive rapport and they spill the beans that they were/used to be blind and thus knew Braille.

Rather puzzling, to say the least.

In any case, can someone ship back the Temperate War to that poor Swinub so we can get that Oran Berry? That'll probably be useful down the road.

Well, so far we've found a cross, a locked vine chest with a sanity trap guarding it, we've done most of a quest, and we've found two Stalker Sigils: Ail and Mal

We also found a braille message, which the translation is on the previous page.

I wonder what these sigils are used for. My guess is that they're going to be needed for the ritual, but I'm not certain.

Yes if I had to guess it plays into the ritual, or at least a ritual of sorts.

Well I've sent Madder off to conduct some interviews, we'll see how that goes.

"in other news, we have captured one of the infamous stalkers, a Mimikyu known as Madder. For undisclosed reasons, he is currently being held in a cage hanging off the Platinum Tower."

If his behavior continues like it has been then that would be my guess.

In any case, as we have the ability to ignore certain obstacles given perpearation, I say we get someone with the Lockpick skill to take down the Vine lock and have the Security peeps nuke the mesmerising presences off of those runes.

Unfortunately, the Vine lock can't be taken down with the Lockpick perk. Only when you see <Lockpick> can the perk be used to bypass the lock, as the Vine lock is too complex for standard lockpicking. You're going to need an item for that one.
