Guys, you know what I just realized...?

OK, so I found a Sudoku Puzzle that needs fixing up. Hours and Minutes, eh... I don't know what that, precisely, means, but as it's a measure of time, it may play a role in the Philter case considering there's some stuff with time there, but I can't say for sure.

8 hours, 52 minutes... Some kind of countdown, maybe? Or a time of day, 8:52? And 'Depredation'... Perhaps the name of a Stalker, or of this event? It means 'an act of attacking or plundering', let's keep that in mind...
