Alright, Here's what I've found. A good portion of it I couldn't discern, no matter how hard I glared at it, maybe someone else will have more luck.


A thing I'd like to note: Some of the words I can't discern might be names, for instance: right in the middle of the green text is the word "mal" and we already found a Mal sigil, so it might be a name of a stalker. There are some other 'words' too, from the same phrase: slade and a alonnd and a (glmoing?) mal...

Eh heh... the text you highlighted in green is from a Photoshop brush and I used it for creep factor. You don't need to read too deeply into it.
