Another discrepancy I noticed, Philter claims that they're all alone. But Nairek is with Mustle, right?

Don't feel stuck. There's still Aqua Gear to be obtained and the searching can be completed by others (heck it has to, given that no water types have Repair!). Just leave it up to them. xD I dropped a hint about aqua gear's location but I suppose nobody saw it, haha. You're free to interview anyone, or investigate an abandoned (or not abandoned) place, or do whatever else. I'm pretty sure most people would feel relatively aimless right now, so don't worry too much about that. xD But don't feel obliged to search the underwater areas just because you're a water type!

Just in case anyone did miss it, Quei the Hariyama has access to Aqua Gear.

I'm still trying to figure out my move since I think I'm mostly out of good interview targets. If anyone has any suggestions for me let me know, otherwise I'll probably pick another abandoned plant to search.

I had a really long analysis written, but then I lost it...


So here's what we can confirm, 100%, about Philter, from the diary alone.

- They have or had access to Shalerich Apartments.
- They have or had access to Topwire Broadcasting's storage room.
- They either have no friends or feel as though they have no friends.
- As of the time of the diary's writing, they were employed and found their job unfulfilling.
- They are or were depressed.
- They do or did want to be someone else.


I also mark that the handwriting on the note and on the diary entry are both very similar. Either the note was a very convincing forgery, or it was, in fact, written by the real Philter. I'm pretty sure that Dominique can't be Philter, as Philter was friendless or felt friendless as of the time of the diary's writing and Dominique and Rusco seemed to be pretty close for a long time. Rabukan and Enassik are probably clear, for similar reasons. I honest-to-goodness don't think this clears Nairek - an unhappy marriage can leave one feeling friendless. Do we know whether Nairek had been employed previously, and what her job was? I know she's unemployed now, but that doesn't rule out her having quit or been fired recently.


It... might be worth a shot to talk to Nairek about this very bluntly. And yeah, I can't believe I'm saying that, either. I'm not recommending it, but it's something to consider.

My thoughts exactly, though I didn't nearly have this much information. Someone ought to use Diplomacy on her and ask about this. BOTH of them.

At this point in the game, due to external...happenings, Ive been pretty passive. THAT BEING SAID: PLEASE, guys, if you need me for ANYTHING, like you guys need me for a certain action, just mention me! I havent been actively keeping up with the story but I still want to help as much as possible! Ill go throug lh Sloane's task list as well.

Also sorry for missing the nighttime action, I guess time just slipped away from me. ^^; Ill do it this next night
