Rabukan is a stalker, i just know it. I've had my gut churning against her ever since the beginning.

On the flipside, Zamsi's place is where we found the Sick Musings, which are obviously Embalm's musings, and as stated, Rabukan and Zamsi both have reasons to have Wing Cuffs. And just in case you're not convinced by that; Zamsi's and Rabukan's wings both end in triangular points. It's possible that the cuffs were planted.

I had a request to get investigations going on both Rabukan and Zamsi. That being said, there's one other thing we could do that's probably simpler. We could approach Elton the Grotle with the Wing Cuffs, as he likely knows who owns the cuffs in question, being the guy who does laundry for both of them, after all. It'll probably prevent either from knowing we're Emissaries, to boot, as again, it is a risk we run when talking with Stalkers.

EDIT: I have a bit of a to-do list.

-Question Elton the Grotle about the Wing Cuffs and who owns them. This basically should eliminate any potential confusion.
-Question the Garbadoor. I'd say something of an appeal to Modesty (re: be weak to poison) is sorely needed as the Garbadoor looks extremely... Unfortunate. It may seriously help if you can't just get a straight type match.
-Search Starwatch Skyscraper's Penthouse. There's an implication something's up there from the Graffiti from before.
-Search the other two places on the Oblivion Tape. Get eyes.
-Search Jetstone Apartment Building's lowest floors. I'm just going to handle this one on my own, if you don't mind.
-Investigate Mustle and Dominique. AS in, the powerful Investigation command. They're our primary Philter suspects.

I'm torn between winging it to the Waypoint Manufacturing Plant for a shot at finding the circuit board we need there, or delivering Mustle's divorce papers to the Glameow, as there's an offchance the latter could get us some new info on Mustle. @Morzone would be a good candidate for interviewing the Garbodor, I feel - same stage (final), with shared Poison typing and modesty from their Grass-typing. What do you guys think?

Unless someone else steps in to interview the Garbodor - I can, but I believe that others have better typing setups and would get slightly better rapports - I'll search the manufacturing plant, then. For now, I'll wait to see what others are doing.

I would open with asking her about her relationshiop with Krum, and following with asking what she knows about Krum's relationship with his coworkers, specifically Rabukan. "SHOULD HAVE SAID YES" was written near the crime scene... Finichi was Krum's secret admirer, which strongly implies she was either framed, or the killer.

I doubt that she's the stalker, but more as to the premise as to why the stalker killed krum. I mean, Philter kills those they are jealous of for their looks and friends/love, what if whoever killed Krum targets those who breaks girl's hearts?

Or the heart of the Stalker specifically. Stalkers do weird things, but the general consensus from last round is that they do things regarding people they've interacted with, with exceptions made for those who would stop their plans (ergo why Non drowned all those children).

Of course, the self-mutiliation Stalker may be Embalm. The sick musings detail how he/she likes it when people hurt themselves, and 'now bleed for me' at the end is written like a command (which Krum carried out). Which really only makes Rabukan's case worse, as not only did we find the mildly Stalkerish Wing Cuffs in her locker, but we also discovered that Krum, her captain, is one of the victims, an entity that Rabukan would have a lot of interaction with.

I will remind people. We may have to attempt to Exorcise Stalkers that we can't 100% prove are Stalkers.
