Alright, no time for the riddle myself. So, I hope one of you can figure that out (especially if we've already gone there).

I would resume searching the last few underwater areas for clues, but I feel like another Restraint. Perhaps on the landowner of the Destno apartment complex, considering that's under suspicion? I'll just ask them as much as possible on all of their residents.

We'll need searches on the Complex in general. Preferably, it would be wonderful if we could hit up the whole place in one night.

I don't really understand the riddle, but the smudged out word definitely looks like "Ring" to me. Maybe it's related to the ring we found earlier?

I don't think there's anything in need of lockpicking. I don't think a Restraint command is really a smart idea on Elton (though I'd like to figure out who the owner of those Wing Cuffs are now, as that skips quite a bit of nonsense). I'd say just search Destno Apartment Complex, if every bit of it hasn't been claimed to be searched already, and if not, just search whatever abandoned area comes to you.

It might not be necessary if he can just tell us who the cuffs belong to, but may I recommend that whoever talks to Elton asks who on the client list is a repeat customer? The receipt has a loyalty discount, so it may rule someone out.
