A large city... I'm feeling right at home already. I rarely have the time or reason to go exploring, though. While I'm not in the shape I'd like to be, weighing roughly 100 kilos more than usual... I might as well make my presence known and chat with people. I'll hit up 67. Wador the Lairon, the one that fits my typing best. Talk about recent events, mainly, but also possibly talk about friends, what they've been up to and all... Simple stuff.
Might not have a chance later... I'd chat with any of the town's confirmed investigators or enforcers, but I do not appear to be the best off for any of them. I also inwardly must question why Rock has to beat Bug with how many Steel/Bug Pokemon there are...

Remember that this round, type advantages and disadvantages don't yield positivity or negativity--they yield intimidating or modest reactions, which vary from NPC to NPC. You don't know who does what at this stage, other than from what you can read on the map, but rest assured there will be more pokemon of your evolution stage who you'd be good to talk with. :3

They do count as final stage Pokémon, but when interacting with other Pokémon, there is only a rapport bonus if they meet with another final stage Pokémon, such as if an Emolga and a Mimikyu were to have an interview. ;3

Otherwise, they don't get any bonuses or deductions when speaking to Pokémon that belongs to a three-stage or two-stage evolution line. And Mega Evolutions still have the same interview rapport situation as their previous form did. So in Ciel's case, she'd still be considered Altaria for this.
