I would open with asking her about her relationshiop with Krum, and following with asking what she knows about Krum's relationship with his coworkers, specifically Rabukan. "SHOULD HAVE SAID YES" was written near the crime scene... Finichi was Krum's secret admirer, which strongly implies she was either framed, or the killer.

I doubt that she's the stalker, but more as to the premise as to why the stalker killed krum. I mean, Philter kills those they are jealous of for their looks and friends/love, what if whoever killed Krum targets those who breaks girl's hearts?

Or the heart of the Stalker specifically. Stalkers do weird things, but the general consensus from last round is that they do things regarding people they've interacted with, with exceptions made for those who would stop their plans (ergo why Non drowned all those children).

Of course, the self-mutiliation Stalker may be Embalm. The sick musings detail how he/she likes it when people hurt themselves, and 'now bleed for me' at the end is written like a command (which Krum carried out). Which really only makes Rabukan's case worse, as not only did we find the mildly Stalkerish Wing Cuffs in her locker, but we also discovered that Krum, her captain, is one of the victims, an entity that Rabukan would have a lot of interaction with.

I will remind people. We may have to attempt to Exorcise Stalkers that we can't 100% prove are Stalkers.

I'm getting antsy for the answers. We've gotten nowhere substantial except a few maybes, and if there really are eleven Stalkers, we have confirmed almost nothing substantial about any of them other than Philter-who was basically laid out for us by Pormalu-Embalm and Oblivion.

Well that photo is definitely interesting. A Stalker that can disguise itself and wants to be someone else? I think Nairek is definitely not guilty now but someone is obviously trying to frame her specifically with that note.

There aren't really any Pokemon that jump out as being able to disguise themselves... so my guess is they'd have to trick Pokemon into seeing things? Maybe it could be a psychic or ghost type.. or someone using that nightmare fuel stuff that has given some of us strange visions.

That'd be my guess because there's no pokemon that have illusion or transforming abilities.

Do you think we should use the evidence we found in Satia's place to try and prove her innocence to the police, and maybe get her free from prison? Or do you think that might tip off the stalkers about what we're doing (and possibly put Nairek in big danger of being targeted)

We don't say. We don't say until we have the Stalker's body dead on the floor. Nairek may become a useful pair of ears if we clear her name.

We need someone to thoroughly check Destno apartments, all the floors.

Also, if someone could real-quick apply the Twisted Cross key to the cabinet, then apply the probable key to the ticket booth to there (or else just see what it is), that'd be great. It's clear that whoever made the scratching has arms/legs, as they're blind in their Stalker Persona (if not for real. Let us not assume that Oblivion just uses bandages to cover their eyes or such.)
