You heed your teammates' warnings about Destno, and although you know that it was founded with good intentions, the general populace doesn't seem to be overly happy. You can tell by the graffiti, some sobbing sounds while you walk past certain apartments, and some of the stories you've heard since arriving at Silvercoal City.

You head straight for floor 21, beginning to work your way up. The constant shouts catch you off guard sometimes, and at one stage, a rather large Oranguru storms out of a room, nearly hitting you as his massive hands swing by. You sneak past the open apartment door, then head up to the next floor.

For a while you find nothing, but upon coming to floor 28, you see an alcove in the wall similarly to the one at Shalerich Apartments, where Ciel found the Tendril Locked Box. You steel yourself as you near it, expecting to feel some sort of damage to your mind, but find to your relief that nothing invades your thoughts. You extend your dark, shadowy arms into the hole and feel around, coming upon what feels like another container. You walk into the alcove, finding yourself in the wall cavity, and dust away some cobwebs around you before taking a look at the box.

This box is bronze and has nonsensical writing scribbled all over it. You can see that it is recent graffiti, but you can't read it. The lock mechanism looks relatively simple, unlike the other box found, and curiously you reach a hand around and begin to tinker. To your surprise your lockpick skills are actually effective for this container, and with renewed confidence, you basically attack the lock with your skill and manage to click it open.

The lid flings off, narrowly missing you before an ë́̂̚xͮͮ̓͏̼̼̮ p̷̠̹̈́̊͐l̸͖̈͋ͪ̀̓̿ͅo͝sionͮ̍͊̎ͮ of spores shoots into your face, and while your head is covered by a disguise, it seeps through the fabric and invades with ease. You stumble back, c͂͌̈͑o͕̥̩͔̰̻u͇͓͉͘ͅg̹͙̰̹̝ͮ͗ͨ͘h̒̈ͬi̠̱̫̭̮̜͡n͏gͩͦ̏ͪ ̞ͧ and choking as the spores begin to t̢̯̣̥̓̆͛ͮ̅̉ a͎̭͂͌̏̄̍ͩ́i̵̥n͖̟͚̤̈́̎̑ͦ͒͗͒͠t̶͙̰̥̝̤̤̪͂͒ ̸̩̘͓͓̋ͭ͛͊ͫ̚yő̗̦̃̔͑̉̋ͭ͝uͪ̌ͬ̿͑͆͞ r̠͓̯͇ͧͤ̓͊ͬ͡ ̖͕͒ͪ̌̆ͬ͘t͔̮̰̹́h̵̥͂̂̈́͊ oug̷̙̝̱͈̮̣̭͑̒ͣ̽ͤ h̩̹͖̬̻̬ͧ̆̉͞t͖͈̠̳͂̋͗ͬs͖̗̙ͨͥ̅͝. You feel closed, s̶̵͢͡͝u͏͡f̸̡͢͝ f̶͟͜͠o̵͏̧c̵̷̵͢ a͜͟t̨̨̛͡i̸͘͘͡n̡̡ g͝͏ for a bundle of seconds before you launch into a fit of coughs and manage to rid yourself of most of the spores.

Madder has suffered 1 point of damage to Health and 1 point of damage to Sanity.

You back away, trying to regain your bearings before coming back to the container with care and peering inside. The trap seems to have cleared, and to your relief, nothing remains behind to further harm you. However, the spores are drilling deeper into your veins, and you feel as if you might be succumbing to their toxins.

    Madder has become POISONED.

Disregarding that for a moment, you pull out what lies within, which is a single diary entry. Your eyes light up as you realise that this is the writings of the host that the Enthraller Philter took over, most likely at the time of Philter's appearance.

Object =Philter Diary Entry #2= was added to the Team Inventory.

You begin to feel more toxins bubbling inside you, but you search the two floors above anyway before you slip out of the building and make your way back to the Emissary quarters. By the time you arrive, you have already suffered from effects of the poison.

Madder has suffered 1 point of damage to Health.

You arrive at the Silver Vault bank, which seems to still be operating and doesn't look like it has taken any damage as a result of the Stalker uprising. You decide to search around the triangular-shaped building, trying to see if you can find anything unusual that stands out, but it's mostly just gray walls and sidewalks.

You then step inside and begin to look around. It seems the bank really isn't in bad shape, but you are able to draw the conclusion that rich Pokémon that had savings here fled while they could to escape the crisis. Regardless, the stone-tiled floor, oak furnishings, teller desks, and the ceilings and walls actually look fairly nice and give a welcoming vibe. You feel once the situation with the Stalkers is resolved, things may return to normal around here. For now, the bank has closed for the night, but from what you can see in the dark, it seems like a decent place to do banking during the day. But you can see that the rich too up and left even though the intent behind the Stalkers isn't to rob Pokémon. They're out to kill them.

As you search in the more behind the desk areas, you make use of your concealment to avoid being caught on security cameras and check the vaults and safety deposit boxes. All of the safety deposit boxes are electronically locked, and there's one in particular that seems to stand out. It's one of the larger safety deposit boxes and there seems to be a kind of light that's radiating from within. You try to look through the ventilation slits, but you can't really see much at all.

However, much to your disappointment, it's electronically locked, so you're not able to pick it. You're going to need someone that can hack their way into the lock's programming and bypass the security measures that way.

Locked container {Electronic Lock Encasement: <Science>} has been noted in the Team Records.

You search around to see if you can find anything else that looks out of place, but nothing really stands out as unusual. But it does make you wonder who owns that safety deposit box and what they're hiding in there...

You head up to Destno Apartment Complex, and just as your teammates have described, you can see that the entire building is damaged, partly crumbling, and held together by very little. The Silvercoal Medical Center is definitely one of those plá͚̻̞̭͓̙̥͖͍̜̖̱͜ͅces that never completely shuts down, even in the wake of Stalker attacks and even at night.

You arrive and head to the highest floors where the Children's Hospital area is. Once you arrive on the 41st floor, you cá͚̻̞̭͓̙̥͖͍̜̖̱͜ͅn see that the Pokémon who work here try to keep the area as colorful and as playful as possible with brightly-colored walls and murals, although the situation surrounding the section is depressing. A lot of these kids seem to be terminally ill and aren't even in a state to appreciate these things.

It seems most of the floors are e҉̙̲̥̣̲̹̦̯̫͢mpty, however. It seemed whoever could be transferŗ̴͡͏̡͎̝̟̠͈̯̹ed to anotheŗ̴͡͏̡͎̝̟̠͈̯̹ hospital had already been relocated, but the kids that are too sick to mov e҉̙̲̥̣̲̹̦̯̫͢ are the only ones that remain here.

Some of the uppeŗ̴͡͏̡͎̝̟̠͈̯̹ floors seem to be reserved for children with non-life-threatening illnesses like broken limbs and non-serious injuries that may need rehabilitation or physical therapy. When you get to the 46th floor, you find one children's play area where several toys have been sc a̹̱̮̞͇̗ͅͅttered about. Toys like balls, building blocks, stuffed Pokémon, and the like are about, but you see one toy that seems to be unusual. It looks like th e҉̙̲̥̣̲̹̦̯̫͢ darkened heart of some kind of creature. You head on into Destno Housing Complex, noticing how disturbing it looks in the darkness. You shelve any reservations you have and head on in, slowly clopping through the foyer before taking the shaky lift up to floor 31. You turn on your headlamp and begin looking around, trying to pinpoint anything that may of be use. Nothing stands out to you as you scour the floor, then head on up to the ones above.

You find nothing of use until the 40th floor, when you see something shiny glint under your headlamp. You close in on it, able to see up close that it is a hammer. It seems to have just been left here, and for what purpose, you are unsure. You roll it over with your hoof to find any traces of material and find, to your surprise, a name engraving; Spimmley. You wonder what the Hippopotas' hammer could be doing here, and elect to take it with you in a satchel you brought along.

Item [Spimmley's Hammer] was added to the Team Inventory.

Knowing that this is all you will find in this area of the building, you return back to base.
