-Definitely blind
-notes in braille/morse code found by victims
-victims smothered in black oily substance like tar, oil, black paint, etc.
Victims have scratches

-Is Finichi, stalker discovered.

-kills by draining blood of victims

-targets couples and mates
-forces victims to kill themselves through self mutilation
-phrase 'Should have said yes' found at victim sights
-HAS A SURVIVOR: Uru the Sudowoodo, but still traumatized, only repeated "I should have said yes" when asked about it. Might need diplomacy.
-other people who've lost mates from Extol: Mahyen, Wanaloo
