I did have another person's character I was using but the person in real life turned out to be a ***** and that's being nice about it coming from me that is. So I said the hell with it I just won't use her ever again. Well in doing so that lost my characters only friend. So that left me with my other friends character but her character is stubborn and isn't easy to let people in. And it seems like no matter what they won't become friends which makes no since seeing as how their husband and soon to be boyfriend are BFF's. I mean I HAD to make another character just so my one wold actually have a friend but I didn't want to have to do that.

So I dono what to do. It kind of makes me not want to write the story anymore.
Write the character like you perceived your friend prior to your falling out. Our characters are based off of perception, even if we extract kernels of truth from the world around us. You are the dictator of your story. You create the reality. You are in control. Adjust the character accordingly.

That's the only suggestion I have for you.
