Was driving through Newark, NJ yesterday and I swear, around that area, the streets and the traffic patterns become a complete madhouse. It's like some city infrastructure guy was drawing a blank and just decided to let their six year old have at it with a box of crayons to decide how the streets should be set up.

Yeah, you're right. A six year old wouldn't put a SPEED BUMP SURPRISE on a street that was set for 40 MPH. My friend and I got a quick kick in the rear from that and I'm hoping it didn't do any damage to my car.
